Denim Blue reserves the right to change designs and prices at any time. These changes will not apply to customers who have already placed an order & are awaiting delivery.
Refunds & Returns Policy...
In the event of receiving a damaged item, please notify me immediately and, subject to the availability of new materials to make your chosen item, I will post a new item out to you as soon as possible. Because of the bespoke nature of my bags I may not be able to make a new product from the same materials. In this case, I will offer you the same design in a similar, alternative fabric. If this isn't suitable, then of course I will offer a full refund. I will require the return of the damaged item, in which case I will refund the postage to the customer.
If you receive an item which you decide you do not want but which is not damaged, please post it back to me within 14 days of receipt, and tell me why you'd like to return the product. Please provide me with a telephone number or email address so I can contact you with any questions to help resolve the matter quickly. Providing the item is in resellable condition, I am happy to give you a full refund for your purchase. I regret I am not be able to refund postage costs for items that are returned to me which were not faulty on arrival.
I am a firm believer in treat people how you wish to be treated. My customer's privacy, therefore, is very important to me. Any personal or financial information provided to me by my customers is absolutely confidential and will not be passed on to any third party. In the case of financial information, all transactions are processed through PayPal and therefore I do not see any payment or banking details.
